Sounds to me like a drunken version of Prof. Stephen Hawkins old speech thingy. I believe
he got a more modern one a few years ago.
My dad has seen him a couple of times in Cambridge (UK) - we live 5 miles from the
outskirts of the city.
Anyway, about the sample...
I thought I caught the odd word here and there, but it could just be my imagination.
