I was never fortunate enough to have an 80MB for it, but my
"big" one has a 70MB drive.
In fact, I haven't opened the machine in ages, but
you could possibly even run
the external disk as a second drive, given some other slight modifications.
I don't recall whether the UnixPC had any data cable header for a second drive
. Probably not, since it wouldn't have fit inside.
There was a 2nd drive mod whose design was circulated and there
was also a mod that allowed for bigger drives by supporting a larger
number of cylinders.
