Depends if you are talking about look and feel or just the kernel/driver/GUI
model. Either way Windows 95 is quite a bit different then Windows 3.x or
anything before it.

Those differentiations are very subjective.
To me, Win95 is just Windoze 4.00
OTOH, I consider NT to be significantly different.
