That would be cool but nothing of the sort. It's simply a Z80 board so
you can run CP/M applications on it. You still need the AE CP/M system
disk to make this work.
P.S. Is any of this stuff rare?
No. AE was one of the more popular manufacturers of Apple ][ peripherals
and millions of //e's were made.
