Windoze reqs (was: *updating* 8088's

(2 360K, 720K 3.5", 3", Floptical, Backpack 2.8M, 2 4038's) until September 2000 5150 with 386 board (2 360K, 720K 5.25", and Shugart 8") didn't have Windoze.
