I'd replace all of the linear regulators anyway. The 8800 run some of
them very hot--it particular, the 4K DRAM boards had to have shunt
resistors across the 7805s too keep them at some sort of sane
temperature. Heat+age+semiconductors can make for a bitter cocktail.
