I've seen the same problem on Digico
displays, but not much else - it
seems to mainly get HP screens for some reason.
And Soroc dumb terminals :) If we can find the commonality between the
HP and Soroc CRTs (manufacturer?)
Most of the HP CRTs were made by Clinton Electronics. I can't say who
made the Soroc CRTs.
