I am trying to identify 3 Motorola chips. I searched on the 'net, but
I didn't come up with anything.
The markings are
SCM10071L
SCM10072L
SCM10073L
The chips were produced in mid 1973 and early 1974. All three chips
are ceramic and have 28 pins.
