NT4.0 definitely does - I put it on an AlphaServer once for the novelty
(booted it up, said "why bother?" and installed something more
DIGITesque and appropriate).
Well, to be fair, NT was a *lot* faster on AXP than on x86.
I have an NT 4.0 Back Office Server disk that has i386, AXP, and PPC
install sets on it. I've never run it on PPC; both the systems I've had
that would run it, once you flash the NVRAM to ARC(?), you can't flash
it back.
