 The engineers response was somewhere along the lines of "given Oracle's
 data center focus and work load, building this type of system would be
 the equivalent of removing the ox from the plow, and replacing the ox
 with a hundred chickens". 
 Sounds about right.  ARM is not currently being used because it's
 "better"...it's being used because it's "cheap. 
 
  Hrm.  As someone who develops ARM hardware and software every day, I can
 tell you it's *pretty damn good*.  I have zero complaints about it.  (and
 coming from me, them's big words!)
 
  Holy crap.  The next thing you know Liam will say tablets suck and Tony
 will start writing comphrensibly.
