Ok, these lines need to be terminated:
- Bus Out lines (-Bus Out 0..7, +Bus Out P)
- Device Address lines (+DA)
- Put Strobe, Control Strobe, Get Strobe, Start Execute, Power On Reset,
External Horizontal Drive, Printer Clock, Opcode E, Osc/4

May be it's a good idea to open the printer and
look at the internal
terminator (if one is visible...)
You should definitely open the printer and clean it. Maybe you need to
reseat the cards and cable connectors. And most definitely you should
remove the foam from the covers as it begins to disintegrate.
