I have to confess to using DOSEMU instead of DOSBOX. It integrates
better with Linux, and will run 16- and 32-bit PM applications. The
latest versions are much, much better than the older ones.
The catch is that the new versions must be built from source (git).
Most distro precompiled packages are old versions.
If I want more compatibility than that, I'll use either VirtualBox or
just boot DOS an another system.
FWIW, I'm not interested in DOS gaming.
