Must be the 6530. The 6532 is a RIOT (RAM, I/O, Timer)
and AFAIK has no
mask-programming options.
There was a datasheet stating that one may order 6532 with
project specific chip select lines, but I never seen any
computer using that. the 6532 CS is already a good design.
And for the 6530, is's doable to replce it with a bit of glue
logic, a 6532 and a PROM.
