There were versions with 8086, with 80286, 80386 (rarer than the
previous two), and 80486 (never released, but you can still find them if
you look hard enough). I have a 25XP-486 upgraded with an Evergreen AMD
486-133. It rocks.

Be prepared. Typically 25's are 8086 with no hard drive.
The options you want probably existed but would make
the model considerably rarer.
