way - the shelters here at least give any animals that
are taken in all their
shots (and spay/neuter them), and then the bill for those gets passed on to
YEs, the ones round here do that too. If they didn't, I'd have it done
anyway, particularly the neutering. I feel that responsible owners should
do that.
