Maybe I haven't visited enough private recycling operations, but the
big sales floor full of rejuvenated PCs and used parts is my first tip-off
that they're eager to skim and sell the best stuff.
As has been discussed many times before, isn't it in the classic computer
collector's best interest that recyclers are smart enough to skim the
more valuable stuff (*for any given definition of valuable).
