Actually, SCO Xenix SysV would work. I've got the docs and a couple of
sets -- but the install key was lost somewhere.
I couldn't seem to get SCO to put the old install key generator anywhere
or to have them rekey it without serious $$$.

You could always try Minix :) It's still around, and you can find more
information
about it at the following URL:

Minix is pretty nifty; I used to run it on my old Toshiba T3100 286 laptop.
It
fits just fine in 640k of RAM and a 10 megabyte hard disk partition.
