   Umm, HTML is
pretty much a standard no matter what platform you are on as it  
 Try running Netscape on Xenix-86. 
or Linux viewed on a VT220.  (Sorry, no netscape for terminals in the
foreseen future.)

(Getting a bit off-topic... but I'll add my vote for no HTML in this
list.)
