Aside from der Mouse's concerns (which I've discussed with him at length)
what do you find "funny" in the VCM terms & conditions? There's
nothing
in there you wouldn't find in any other typical T&C, and as I've explained
to other folks before, it's basically a "Cover Our Ass" in case someone
who annoys us needs to be dealt with in a legal manner.
We've had to kill off only a handful of users (out of hundreds) who were
simply too obnoxious to deal with, and that was after we gave them LOTS of
leeway. You have to be a real prick to get kicked off the VCM. The only
time anything serious from the Terms & Conditions comes into play is if
there is a user that is actively defrauding other users, or using our site
to defraud. As long as you don't fit that profile, you have nothing to
worry about.
The Terms & Conditions of the VCM are standard and fair.
