Copying tapes on a VT103?

I received a query today about how to copy one tape to another on a Digital VT103. I've included the details from the original message below. Does anyone know how to do this? --quote-- We use a Digital VT103 unit to control one of our machines, the system is fine for the application, but we only have one copy of the tape with the boot program and application programs on.
