OT: Anybody have these Apple items??

Hello all, You knew this list would closely follow the free list :-) I believe all of these are too new to be on-topic, so my apologies... It never hurts to ask, right? If anyone has any of these items, please contact me OFF-LIST... Thanks! 1) Apple Localtalk Locking Connector Kit, DE-9 (for a LocalTalk PC Card). I have two cards, so I'd like two kits... 2) I recently purchased a 12" PCI-slot Apple PC Compatibility card, for a PowerMac 8500, but it did not have the three-connector monitor cable (one connects to the PC card, one to the monitor, and one to the Mac video output). 3) Apple "Superdrive" 1.44MB 3.5" floppy -- needs to be the AUTO-INJECT style, where the manual eject pinhole is directly to the right of the drive slot, and NOT where the pinhole is directly below the slot. You can also identify this drive as one WITHOUT the flap over the drive slot. The bare drive is fine, as I intend to put it in my own enclosure. I'd like to get two if possible.
