Had to do it, 16K SRAM board on the way from the 'bay. It's ostensibly a
working pull, but offered as-is - which in reality, probably covers most of
the examples on-offer.
Anyway, a $30 gamble at worst. At least I'll have something else for
comparison, and no concerns about potential refresh issues with 8080As and
3rd party DRAM boards. For as to date, I've never detected any signs of
life from the current DRAM board.. I mean, so far the thing seems pretty
much as inert as the slot it's stuck into. =/

I don't - I have a single RAM board, and it's a 64K DRAM unit - see
previous posts in the thread.
I'm in need of a small SRAM board, and just about to bite the bullet and
buy one from eBay.
