RGB-VGA Converter -- buy or build?

Hi,

I need scematics of RGB to VGA converter.

I want to connect Wheel Balancer machine to computer VGA monitor.

Old monitor is VALVO VCC93/00 fixed frequency (15KHz) and have R, G, B and
common Sync signals.

I would be grateful if you can help me!
