CBM8032 - wobbly screen (The saga continues)

All this talk about magnetically induced wobble makes me remember the time that I lived in a third floor apartment; the 13.2KV distribution lines feeding a nearby refrigerator/stove factory were about 10ft away from my window (and my monitor). I could tell very easily when the porcellanization electric furnace at the factory was turned on or off. I was able to measure fields in excess of 300 milligauss at the window, though they practically dissapeared by the bedroom. Those 13.2KV lines were good earthquake detectors as well. I remember seeing them dancing around before I could feel the actual vibration, which eventually grew into a deadly 7.2 quake that killed a couple hundred in a nearby city.
