Alexandre, if you don't need official Apple cables, I could probably find more
plugs/sockets/backshells from the place I got them from last time that I sent to you.

Cindy, do you have a duodisk cable? It is a db19
in each end
Are both the DuoDisk and PC joystick cables straight-through? If so, you might want to
look for one of those. They should be more common.
