Well, if you count a multiple-chip MOS VLSI CPU implementation as a
microprocessor-based computer, the 11/03 and 11/23 both qualify.
And if you don't count multi-chip implementations as microprocessors, then
the F-14 computer did not use a microprocessor.
You can't have it both ways.
