The court in the Lotus/Paperback SW suit, ruled that having the menu
choices in the same order was infringing!!
There was a copy of XenoCopy commissioned? by the Australian guvmint! I
sincerely hope that they were smart enough to write from scratch, rather
than copy my bugs!
