I remember something with a title like that in the late
1960's. They have not done *much* with rockets since then.
Hopefully the X-prize may spin something off. Just don't count
on NASA -- they spend $$$ on everything but rocket development.
Now lets call it a day, get back to classic rockets ... err computers.
