There are two different "M" files: there's the miniroot, which must be
copied to the swap before it's booted with the
-sw flag.
The other file is MUNIX, which is M(emory resident)UNIX, and fits entirely in RAM with a
RAMDISK filesystem. It is what
is used to label a disk when the disk is blank and can't be used for the miniroot.
