Wow, if that claim is made with a straight face, it has to be an
invention of some marketing type. I've coded my share of AVR
assembly and certainly wouldn't characterize the uC that way.
Perhaps the TI MSP430 uC could be said to be "optimized for C"; it
reminds me of the PDP-11 architecture.
