Flatpack and TO-100. I probably still have a few mW RTL packages
around. DIPs came later.
Both and 3 input nors in a flat pack.... about 5000 of
them were used in
AGC.
Early RTL from Fairchild came in round transistor cans (TO-8?) with 8 leads. Dual 2-input
NOR (914), single JK flop (923), dual (?) inverters (900) if I remember right. Never used
them, but I remember seeing them in a Morse code keyboard article around 1968.
