MTS for one has them! I don't particularly understand it yet, but it

They all do, in ways that the kid probably just can't comprehend...so
he assumes they aren't there.
Ah! Yeah, old mainframes didn't have a GUI where you could check a box
for who could access a file. ;)
They sorta did, actually. (and still do)
MTS has user permissions that you can specify when
using the function to
modify the user database.
