On an Amiga, I'd just jumper the new IDE drive as slave, partition and
format it, and then do a "Copy CLONE ALL Old_Drive: New_Drive:". I've done
the same thing on a NetBSD machine, though I've forgotten the exact syntax
for "cp". Is this solution sufficiently simple?
Otherwise, one might try a "dd".
