I expect so. That's what I was referencing earlier when I said that I
had a fax machine working behind an IAXy (connected to Asterisk.)
Otherwise, there should still be some cheap KSUs
around on the surplus
market.
I took a gander this evening, and yes, I saw multiple 'Partner' systems
that had multiple FXS ports.
