Well the inadequacy of the 1771 data separator is unquestionable.
Randy Cook's choice of DAMs could be:
1) error on the datasheet
2) misunderstanding on his part
3) deliberate, as part of some grandiose scheme to include unreasonably
sophisticated features that never got implemented
It seems as though he had brilliant ideas, but never finished ANYTHING.
Yes, that is most infuriating. Some people should
