It's a losing battle unles you have them properly stored on a bookshelf
where they have no external forces pushing at their various sides (and in
very wrong angles).
To attempt to rehabilitate them, you must bend the box parts opposite the
way they are currently mishapen to get them to be right again. But for
the most part there is no cure (only prevention == proper storage).
