interest in one of those?
I think with a semiconductor memory, you can use standard bus transcivers
since you now have fewer cards to deal with and bus loading is less.
Agreed. Some kind of low leakage input gates (HCT?) and the AM26S10 would
probably suffice. Certainly good enough to be useful, even if it didn't
work in every machine out there.
