I am looking for a seemingly hard to find precision potentiometer. The
broken original is a Bourns 3856A-282-504A and is a 3-3/4 turn 1/4 shaft
500K 10% linear device. Here is the spec sheet:

Does anyone know where I can obtain either an exact replacement or a
similar part?
