There are a bunch of printer-only places that have them. Hell, IBM
Poughkeepsie's internal reproduction office (copy center) has one or
two. And no printing presses.
Bit sizes for paper drills are somewhat limited--I think the smallest
commonly available size is 1/8" (3mm, more or less).
