I was at the local high school and looking at some of their in-house
3D-printed stuff the other evening; I was rather impressed with the
quality. It wasn't the smooth surface that I remember DEC switches being,
but OTOH it gave the impression of something that had been molded with an
intentional 'mottled' surface, rather than printed with the subsequent
"blobby" results that I've seen from a lot of online videos. I'll have
to
see if I can find out what system they have...
