Which reminds me... Somewhere I have a VT100 clone -- a clone right down
the setup screens -- using an LCD display. It's fairly old (simple mono
LCD), I bought it about 10 years ago and it wasnt' new then. I must dig
it out

That's not to say I don't have a personal preference for the originals - I =
have mostly VT420s at home, and we're refurbishing a bunch of VT100s and VT=
