If
they're 32K 28-pin ROMs and the carrier is similar to the
Model 100/102/200 series machines, then there's the ROMBO/MOMBO solution
It is the same carrier as is used for the expansion ROM on the M100 (and
I assume the other machines in that series).
Whilst digging thru box #1 my metric buttload of 6876[46] HHC eproms, I
did come across 1 (yes, only 1) 32K 28-pin EPROM in the carrier. If I come
across more, I'll keep you informed (prolly in about 2 more weeks I'll be
going thru the other 2 boxen) but for now, that one I wanted to keep for
testing with my M10x/200's.
I've made it thru Box #2, and I've found exactly 1 more 32K EPROM in the
carrier; and a gold-pinned EPROM sans numbers that has me "intrigued"...
Box #3 may come this weekend.
