You're pretty much limited to what the driver supports unless you want
to do some hacking.
I've used a 350 with an ST-251, but I worked over the RT-11 device
driver. And I never did get it working exactly right; every now and then
the driver would make a zooping noise like it was doing a long seek when
going to adjacent cylinders. Never did figure that one out.
