I would never apply such a rule to things like Books, Comics, or
gaming stuff. I may go well beyond 5-10 years between messing with a
RPG or Wargame, but I sure wouldn't want to get rid of the stuff
between those times. OTOH, if I were to get rid of all my Warhammer
40k stuff I'd recoup a disturbing amount of space.
