I want to start a big commune of smart people out in the middle of
nowhere.
Why would smart people want to live in the middle of nowhere? I like
urban areas. And they do have communes of smart people in the
muddle of
an urban area: universities :-P
I'm in my 40s, my friend. Perpetual college people generally annoy
me. ;)
