the older sun 3 and early 4's such as the 4/260 and 4/280 should have
a vme scsi board in it that would be worth about that much.
more specific ones may be more valuable, but this would fill the bill
as a "scsi" board for vme with fairly common drivers (sun bsd
versions exist which should have drivers.
i had some of these, but sold them some time ago.
