I don't know if these are the same as those described in the IBM O&A
as the "Slimline Diskette Drive", but if they are, the terminators
shown are 150 ohm. If U1 on the drive PCB is a 74LS123, these are
them.
I have a few YD-380 720K drives, but the terminators are on 7-
position DIP switches and appear to be abou 3.3K.
