Could be either. I'm not sure how much a BB rocked. On a FFG-7 class, it paid to
have stuff secure, but CVN-73 barely rocked (didn't even have straps on the racks).
Really? None? Wow. I can't imagine that. But then with a round hull SSBNs rolled a
lot.
(It's been many years, but I still occasionally catch myself holding my dinner plate
so it won't slide off the table if my house takes a roll. :) )
