I had an experience where a RadioShack employee didn't know what a
null-modem adapter was. And several experience where in the middle of
describing what I'm looking for, I look at the salesman's face, and realize
that he has no clue what I'm talking about. So I guess when you walk into a
RadioShack store, and someone asks if they can help you, and you tell them
no, you're being quite literal - They *can't* help you.
