I agree. It does take a while to get used to the architecture,
but once you do, and remember to stay within the limits of the tool,
it's fantastic for control applications. I've used them in bunches of
things both at home and at work, and I'm sure I'll continue to do so.
I'm totally crazy about the Philips...erm, NXP LPC2xxx ARM MCUs
for bigger applications, though. Man what nice chips they are!
